Potassium Carbonate is used in fertilizer, soap and glass manufacturing industries. It is also used as a drying agent (removing water from the air) and to reduce acidity when producing honey or wine. These are ingredients in many formulations for consumer use, such as disinfectants, ink and toner, paints and cleaning products.
