Specification of RIFACTORY INICHEM DRESSING AGENT (RIDA)
RIDA for processing gold mines. Rida is needed if what is processed is rock or ore that has refractory properties or non-oxide rock / ore, more closely is rock containing Pyrit.
How to use RIDA:
1. RIDA is put into the reactor or barrel or chemical mixture storage pool before the leaching process is carried out.
2. If procedure 1 has been carried out, the next process is to increase the PH between 11-12 with the addition of CaOH Lime or NaOH Caustic Soda.
3. If the PH is stable at 11-12, only then will NaCN or IDA be entered into procedure no 1, provided that 1 ton of ore is required 0.75 kg - 1.5 kg or depending on the gold or silver content contained in the rock or ore
Thus, RIDA has a function as a strong oxidizing agent for processing gold in sulfuric or pyrite dominant rocks
