Ribbed Smoked Sheet (RSS) is a type of processed product originating from Hevea brasiliensis rubber latex / gum which is processed by mechanical and chemical techniques by drying using a smoke house and its quality meets the Green Book standard and is consistent. The principle of processing this type of rubber is to convert garden latex into sheets through a process of filtration, dilution, freezing, grinding and fumigation. Some important factors that influence the final quality of RSS processing include freezing or coagulation of latex, fumigation and drying. Striped smoke sheet rubber is used as raw material in the manufacture of motorized vehicle tires, especially radial tires.
